There are many skills that decides a successful person. Among them, from my point of view, communication is the most important skill for two main reasons.

Firstly, communication is a bridge between people. Nobody is omnipotent; in other words, the society requires cooperation among people. Communication is the link. By communication, we exchange our thoughts and information, and get other people understand our needs and ideas. For example, in a company, a manager always has to communicate with his boss, colleagues and subordinates.

Secondly, communication can help us keep friendship and make new friends. The most important qualities of a friend is communication and understanding. Good communicating skill helps friends to share and develop stories that both maintain good relationships and attract new acquaintances.

In sum, communication is probably the most important skill for people to survive in this society, hence, everybody should work hard to get it.
