Thanks to the development of technology, more and more devices have been invented to serve human beings’ need like cell phones, computer, or television, etc. In my point of view, students should not be allowed to have cell phones in secondary and high schools for some reasons. Firstly, that children use mobile phones will influence on their studies. Students do not follow what the teacher has just said while they are typing message or going out class to make a phone call. These make students’ study quality lower. In addition, the abuse of using cell phone will affect the overall health of students, especially their brains. A mobile phone is designed to transmit radio waves in order to find a signal, this is likely to increase the risk of brain cancer. As far as I am concerned, mobile phones have a lot negative effects on youngsters, parents should help their kids with how to use a cell phone in the right way.
