There are many ways to save energy at home. In the daytime, we can open windows to let the sunlight come into our houses instead of using too many bulbs. Besides, it is advisable to use saving-energy bulbs which also save money by reducing electricity bill. Then when we leave rooms, we should turn off unused lights. In other words, we should turn off any electrical appliances such as fans, air-conditioners, televisions when we do not actually need them. Similarly, we should use water economically by switch the faucets off when getting enough water. Plastic bags should be reused many times, too. Used bottles can be recycled effectively if we give them to the collectors. To sum up, energy can be saved by our actions at home.
