1. Which indoor games do you play regularly?

Well, I’m really into playing chess and card games with my friends. Chess sharpens my concentration and problem-solving skills, while card games like Uno are more about fun and laughter. I wouldn’t say I play them every day, but whenever I have free time on weekends, I try to play because it helps me unwind and stay mentally sharp.

2. Which indoor games are common in your hometown?

In my hometown, people usually enjoy board games such as Monopoly and Scrabble, especially during family gatherings. Table tennis is also extremely popular since it doesn’t require a large space and it’s a good way to keep fit indoors. I think these games are common because they’re affordable, accessible, and suitable for all age groups.

3. Do you take part in any outdoor sports regularly?

Yes, I do. I take part in badminton and jogging quite regularly. Badminton is great because it only requires a partner and a small court, while jogging allows me to clear my head and maintain my physical fitness. I usually jog in the park near my house three times a week, and it really helps me stay energetic and reduce stress.

3. What do you think is the best type of exercise? Why?
 I’d say the best type of exercise is swimming. It’s a full-body workout that strengthens muscles, builds stamina, and is gentle on the joints. Besides, swimming is also refreshing and relaxing, so it feels less like hard work compared to running or lifting weights. In my opinion, it’s one of the most effective and enjoyable ways to stay in shape.
