For individuals, continuous learning ensures skills remain relevant, preventing knowledge gaps and keeping them adaptable in an ever-changing job market.
Lifelong learning also benefits mental health. It boosts self-confidence, well-being, and life satisfaction, helping individuals cope with stress, anxiety, and burnout. In an era of constant technological change, investing in personal and professional growth is essential for both career success and overall happiness.
