About walking

Q: Do you like walking? When and where do you walk?

A: Yes I really enjoy walking. I usually walk in the mornings around the park near my house because it helps me wake up and clear my head. At weekends I like longer walks along the river with friends.

Q: Do you think walking is important?

A: Absolutely. Walking is a simple form of exercise that improves health and reduces stress. Even a 20-minute walk after work makes a big difference to my energy levels.

Q: Do you think walking in the countryside is better than walking in the city?

A: It depends. The countryside is nicer for relaxing-cleaner air and quiet views-but walking in the city is more convenient and social. For leisure I prefer the countryside, for everyday movement I walk in the city.

About eating habits

Q: Do you often eat healthy food?

A: I try to. Most days I eat vegetables, rice and a portion of fish or chicken, but if I'm busy I sometimes grab fast food.

Q: What do you usually eat at school/ at work?

A: At school I usually bring a homemade sandwich or rice box. At work buy from the canteen-usually a rice dish with vegetables and some fruit.

Q: What is the unhealthiest food you can think of?

A: Probably large, deep-fried items with sugary sodas - like a big burger and fries with a soft drink. They're high in fat and sugar and easy to overeat.
