Nowadays, Engslish is so popular that it is compulsory to learn English at schools in Vietnam and around the world as well. For me, people are learning English because of the following reasons.First, English is an international language. According many statistics, English is the second popular language in the world so when people know English they can get a lot benefits from it. Second, learning English well helps people be acquainted with other cultures. When people learn English they also learn about its cultures, people, history and other interesting things in England and of English people. Third, a degree in English is a requirement of many universities in Vietnam and specially in foreign countries. To win a place at a good university in the world, it is necessary to be fluent in English. Last but not least, English helps people communicate effectively. If people know English they can travel around the world without worrying about being lost because they can ask anyone for directions and it is certain that any foreigners can speak English, at least a little. In short, learning English well brings people a variety of benefits, so people should try to learn English successfully.
